Shipping policy

At Wholesome Heaven, we strive to deliver our fresh, ghee-roasted snacks to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Because we believe in transparency, we offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: FREE

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (Metros and Tier-1 cities) or 5-7 business days (Rest of India).

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Dispatch Location All our products are freshly packed and dispatched from our kitchen facility in Pune, Maharashtra.

5. Damages Wholesome Heaven is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at thewholesomeheaven@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the package to initiate a replacement.

6. International Shipping Policy We currently only ship within India.
